Weekly workshop in Danville, California with the possibility of private and semi-private art classes.
Students will learn the main principles of the realistic drawing and painting. Dedicated, separate sessions for Still Life Painting, Clothed Figure and Portrait Painting, with professional models.
Youth Art Class
Students will learn the main principles of the realistic drawing and painting. We will cover line drawing, perspective, composition and color theory. Every lesson with start with a demo. Students will develop appreciation of classical, contemporary and modern art.
Advanced students who want to pursue an artist’s career will develop portfolio for college submission.
Fundamentals of Drawing
Organized by Frank Bette Center for the Arts in Alameda, California, this class is recommended for beginners/intermediate skill level, but no art experience is welcome!
We will draw simple objects using charcoal or graphite. The instructor will demonstrate in the first part of the class and then students will draw with the instructor observing and critiquing the work individually and with the students. It is a unique experience of perfecting your drawing skills and sharing your ideas.
